no need for attk speed tbh and 20mil if fair money is easy to get.

hv buffs can be adjusted easlier but i think its very minor atm

Buffs will not ever be changed, as they were chosen with the purpose of allowing a little help, without overdoing it.

As far as HV Pass cost, This was also put this high to stop everyone from getting to the neat little NPC's located in HV.. And also, with the Gold rate raised, This is fairly easy to get with some farming.

Server is always up about registration it works fine just click the sign up, i think you might of clicked on the vote shop which is currently being worked on.

If there is a problem ill get Dark to look into it, but afaik it works fine.

P.S. use firefox to register
