correct me if i'm wrong but wouldnt it be best to just learn english so you dont have to use google translate and make it possible for your team to actually understand what you are saying before you open a server? o.O
i mean my english sucks either but at least its mine and not google ^__^

Its unwise to just ask people to be a gm on your server... only people you trust or interview.. via ventrillo, teamspeak or skype. I say this because not every1 is gonna do what a gm has to do... they could spawn a load of sht that might be anoying for you to get rid of, ban people that have done nothing wrong.... thats why i quit rf olympic and eg dekaron cuz good gms leave and noob gms come in. So choose your gms carefully

do you even know how to do anything with this game or are you just opening a server for no reason other than to see ppl on it?

If you have no idea how to do anything or create updates then your server will fail regardless of how amazing your GMs are.
