bcos if you know 1 customer id with a userid in it you can pm ivan and tell him to move from that customerid to your customer id and then you can just move the license :) and the GG license doesn't cost 15-20€ anymore and it costs only 1-2€(for moving license) lol

Nobody can move a license to another CUSTOMER, to avoid stealing and is not private that number..
