VSRO Help

Hello i cant start my patched client it says its offline or something.
I dont know if all the server files work correctly but it looks like every exe is running and i started the service in SMC
can anybody helpme or try to connect on my server

I Tested to write a Notice via SMC and it worked and i can see accounts to
but i cant connect to my server ..
