[Request]Inf on how to enable "Event" system

Sorry to post nonsense, I dont think this is but some people will say why are you posting stupid shit.. I just want to know if anybody has figured out how to enable events like the "HAPPY" event or "SUMMER" or something of the sort. I think this would be a nice feature to play with.

Im not too sure if the information needed for those events are in the files, but im sure someone could work out how to enable there own. atm im trying to work out the Schedule manager with adding my own stuff but im unable to find out how, im in no hurry so ill just wait for a guide or work it out in time ;)

well i looked in the VT_SHARD tables and i see event ref tables in there, not sure what to do with them tho. I am sure somebody will figure it out.
