Buff and Stuff

okay so, I've been messing around with ts2 and i stumbled upon instant buff! But the problem is, the charge skill is not instant. So i was wondering, is instant charge buff even possible?

And if so give me a little hint :D:D:D:D?

or at least point me in the right direction. ;)

Not relly elmo bcuz mega mapfun had instant buff so i dont think it cant be done

True Instant charge is not server side I use it a lot but have not released this one to the public. Also you have the full recovery function to.

oh im sorry i misread i thought you meant the buffs around the character name sorry xD
