No, you can safely uninstall the gamewar service, and ignore all things linked in .ini's to them without it affecting your server :)

Yeah game war is for linked servers only and if you install it it wont affect your server in any way. In fact some people have reported that having it installed gives you a game connect error so its reccomended you uninstall it.

hell make a link. uninstall is easyer but linking it would be cool and as long as you got a host with 2-3 ip's you can easy but its up to you:)
