Ok soo I think I fixed it?
Just go into your Silkroad directory folder and delete the entire Xtrap folder. Load up BSRO and it will re-download it. I'm able to log in now.
Disclaimer: You might wanna just move the Xtrap folder to a backup folder in case you need it later. Just remove it from the main silkroad directory folder and you're good.
