Dshop dont open

Hi.
I got a problem, when I open Dshop, It dont open dshop, and dont give me error.

I got same share file on both client and server.

Got all database, Account, Billing, Cash, Character

try reinstall client and shere folder on server

no no, its in the serverfiles, i think its in dekaronserver folder where you have to change the gametribe to gamehi or something i forgot but yeah ive had that problem.
