Ok well I have no idea how I can help you with this info.

So, are you using the vsro server files on your own pc or do you want to connect to someone else?

if you are using your own server you should probably change the port of the gateway server in the .ini files. it's 32002 in the packt.dat in drew's customcert release but the official servers are 15779

i think it is because off this error Association Reputation Check is Failed
that i cannot open silkroad

That error I see on your download server is the error of silkroad when it detects something already running on port 15779 you have to use a loader like edxloader and enable multiclient or start the client from another pc.

you can't run the server files and the client on the same pc without multiclient or you have to change the gatewayport.txt in the client and the gatewayserver port in the ini files so they won't use 15779 but just use edxLoader it's easier:)
