Need help with connection.

When my friends try to connect get C9 error so he click in launcher to the start and get C9 error whats the problem ?

Here is my ip addres / gamebang / privileged ip table's.

Use old privileged ip and convert your ip with ip converter and change your ip_begin and ip_end in privileged ip(just change first table)
