Private server Need Help

hi , i'm trying to make Dekaron private server but i cant , i saw tomik tutorials but the ip on config is not changing , and i cant find webserver and many more.
i can make the private server ? because i am connected in a radio network.

tried hamachi?
and the tutorials include every little thing just watch the video and do what you see (and sometimes use your brain)

i see the tutorial and i do what i see but the ip on config is not changing. Im trying hamachi , what server files is on the video? because on mine there is not webserver and more , and when i changed the D:\DB... to C:\ it is going on C:\ can u help me pls

you dont even need that webserver to start up your server btw.

i downloaded A6 server files , db backup , SN , and sql server 2000 sp4. What another i need?
and from tomik tutorial part 1 on 0:53-3:47 he is typing C:\ and on part 2 at 4:22 there is nothing on C:\
