question abaut CD

Hello i have one question.How can i make cooldown whit staggering blow if i open skill list and its compare 4 0 can some1 help me and tell valute of staggering blow ty for help

compare 3 = casting time (means how long u need to use the skill)
compare 4 = cd time (how long the skill needs to charge)

so just look @ compare 3 for stagg cd

wanted ask about Thunder Storm because i know how to CD but i don't like to wait till the hands is on air it like 4 seconds and then next storm how i can make that he don't put hands in air?? thx ^^

just search for 4000

Compare 1 is for mana, compare 3 for casting time, compare 4 for cooldown, for what is compare 2? Hmm.. :)

for the range

so u say i can change that it costs 1mana points and i can be in d1r1 and can storm in d1r10? ^^

uhmm no :P that is coordinate storming:P but you can stand in fort and storm where you can see so excample on the hills etc till you cant see anymore get it:P change range to 9999 change mana to 1 ( dont know if that works btw mana 1) :S try it:P

yah you can make it so that you dont use mana with storms, search your storm name with your uce memory browser and find the value next to compare 1, then search that value and change it to 0 :)
btw-- it only works with storms and poison cloud ;]
