I have problem With cabal.exe =/

i click on cabal.exe ... and dont launch the game

i downloded the pacth and client =/ and dont play HelP!

I have another problem. I downloaded chinece cabal client, used patch 1.03 and 1.04 then when I click on Cabal.exe game is loading and shutdown. Anybody know how I can fix it ?
