Need To Change Server IP Adress!

Hello everyone;
I'm playing Core Games-Dekaron The Answer and I want do change the game IP Adress and play like an GM on it. I need help. I don't want to download tons of files. I need a simple tip for it. I want to play that server only me. If I can do this please help me!

and I don't want to change MY IP adress. I want to change Dekaron's IP adress to play like a GM. I don't want to connect Core-Games Server. I want to play that ready server like a GM.

LOL, You have to create an own server for that.

Okay than. Can you tell me the easiest way to create a server? I have SQL 2000&SQL 2000 SP4. I have the files and client of the game by Dekaron-The Answer.

Wont work port 10000 is blocked.

Also he said he wants to play alone as a GM, which means on his own server.

But I don't know how to do this steps:

1. Download Any Dekaron Server Files online

2. Try to use their client's share, or try to match is as much as you can as possible, after done matching change formula.ini (e.g. change level cap to 255, stats per level 65535) and change any file you want e.g. monsters to drop rare items

3. Go to your DekaronServer folder and open Config.ini Replace all the IP's (Normally 127.0.0.1) With the server you want to hack's IP.
In that file, change WorldIndex 1 to WorldIndex 0

I know the first step* LOL

This won't work, can't you read my post? Their port is blocked.
