Yeah, That sounds like what is going on. Even with hamachi. I have still yet to get in game myself because of this. The guides posted are missing some info about certain things.

you need to list all ips on privilege ip ... , still searching for a way to be listed in one ip and don't need to be every range area on every country ...

I fixed it, I forgot to change the shard number to 64 in _ShardService table
