i creat a new account with sec_primary = 3,sec_content = 3

Login in game

Creat Character

But error ( S1030 )

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

And Log SR_SHARD

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If ( sec_primary = 1,sec_content = 1 ) and = Account GM then Creat new character OK

Why?

Yes. i make new acc with SQL ( don't make acc = website and SCM ) but can't creat new character

Use old acc ,

example : open tb_user.dbo and change any old acc password.

i will use tnet07 - test
