Non-Aggro .csv

I Have seen [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and the Vaccum hack of .csv Files is there Non-Aggro with in it or its just only to get all mobs to me?

Plz Answer its a simple question....

vac hack = all mobs coming to you
non aggro(aggresive) = mobs will not attack you
