open ports on your router(if u have) ...

already install on Dedicated server ! Wroks fine ! Open your port ! If you have a provider call them to open the blocked port ! Sometime the provider lock the port !

just try to disable firewall first :) i crashed my virtual server. cannot test it at the moment :D
