Rumor: No Spell Delay

Rumor has it that someone has a hack to make it so they have no skill delay and can keep casting stuff like AOE skill's over and over..

yeah romour has it that theres also a way to get over 6 mill easy too :P

i tryed to make no cooldown attack skills with CE, but, max speed i can set at CE is 2.2 , bigger will dc. The cooldown on skills will be shown 2.2 times faster, but u still need to w8 all those sec to use it again, so it sucks.

And also, CE cant make u attack faster, but, u can use it to run fast :D

but its possible to run while cast a skill and dont have to stand still its casted.
