XTrap

i Have a Problem in My XTrap and i cant enter cabal it freeze's at Step 1 can someone help me please
i dont know if this thread in the right place if its not can you move it please

Happens to me alot when I first installed my Cabal Client, but I just do reinstallation without opening any programs except the installer, after its done...working good. That's what I notice, everytime I do installation of Cabal and you open another program while installing...crashed after the "Step 1" update.
