Same thing here, everywhere locale is matching, in the database _ModuleVersion contentID is 22, in the cert too.

Try this, create shortcut of ur sro_client.exe, right click it > properties and add this : 0 /22 0 0 behind the "Adress"

Like this "D:\Program Files (x86)\Silkroad_TestIn\sro_client.exe" 0 /22 0 0

Now start silkroad.exe but don't click start and then start the shortcut of the sro_client.

Just change locale in IPinput to 22.
