ibot question

I have a problem when i try to start ibot
I do this:
A) Setting up sro_client (first time run only)
- Run PHMediaPatcher.exe
- Click custom 127.0.0.1:15778
- Click patch and ok
- Close PHMediaPatcher.exe
B) Running Hackshield Server
- Run "Run Hackshield.bat"
- Run "Silkroad.exe" (sro legit launcher)
- Press Start in the launcher
- Wait for the sro_client to show up
- Run iBot.exe as you would normally do before
and i get the error: hs server is down/busy
and after this the legit client says : ,,serve conection has ended plese try again later'' and after this i shoud reinstall silkroad

well u miss one thing mate

Before u open ibot watch at Run Hackshield Server Remember Port
and then go folder ibot and look if there have iphs.ini
edit it and write port hackshield.bat and then save
open ibot agian and i bot say hackshield server connected!
