Hacking Rappelz p.server

There is a hacker hacking rappelz private servers.


-he hacked Darknessfigt

wich was off for days,

what did he do?

he spwaan mobs into cities killing players and he buged exp so you get from lvl 1 to 200 or from lvl 144 to 1 or get -423627634 exp.

then it broke the server.

-he hacked AgeOfRappelz, server automatically crashed,

thats good news as ageofrappelz was made to scam players, the owner just sit and waited to see how his pockets filled with money from players.

i can prove this.

-he hacked rappelz Elements

server was off for a day or two and then returns.

and right now it was hacked again, he spawn mobs in cities and then crashed server so when you try to log it says you are alredy loged in.


he entered as a GM slayer wich isnt a current GM.

So in clonclusion there is a guy hacking all rappelz server....

i have recent info that the hacker is from ratail rappelz (real rappelz)

he is called magma and he is acting in self defense against private servers as they are not legal.




so why do i open this post?


i want to know if anyone has security files or if anyone has more feedback on this hacker.

Magma is a retail GM. He would not waste his time with P-Servers, As for the hacking, No, he is not part of the retail hackers and yes i can prove he is not, I know the hackers from Tort, Baha, Fenrir, And this is not him.

maybe that hacker is from gpopato and wanna destroy all servers i think.

i doubt it unless someone from gpotato acted independantly no corparation of that size would do things like that its bad for business not to mention against the law and to easy to trace back if someone was inclined.

private servers are agaisnt the law too........the rappelz files were stolen to make this private seervers wich we all enjoy.


so why wouldnt gpotato hack this pirate servers.....


i have played US rappelz and donated there, and have been in the server for years.


so why cant i play a private server now??


i will play reatail and private rappelz servers, besides if they shut down servers more will rise .


so please stop screwing up p servers.


i knwo that US rappelz had lost many players since private servers come to light.......but still its not fair for gpotato to ruin servers.


paying with the same coin is not the solution, if they want a soluctio nthen get the guy who stoles files.


but let us paly free....this doesnt mean ill quit US rappelz.



i was told by other staff members that magma is behind this, i dont have proves apart from what i heard.



any feedback just post it here. and if you hhave any security files then post them asap so private servers can stop this no life f....

it isnt a real hacker its just a guy that use the telnet function to write his commands in the gameserver

Telnet funktion is off on our server strean..

Well there are some "pro"-admin who are actually using the sa account for their db without any firewall. Sorry this is no hack, this is just a free level service

you managed to put in a password for the database? AFAIK only arcadia devs got a tool, otherwise the auth and herlock server can't log in

I cant say thats a pro-hacker...
He got connection to gameserverconsole and put in set game.exp_rate -9999 etc..
I found the way how to use it, DarknessFight has blocked it right now.

Otherwise:
Arcadia released their DES-Generator for Pserver's, so all can use a passwort now.
But its really easy to get acess to database, for example a fresh root/hamachiserver on 1.2 Repack.
U only need the managementstudio/Navicat.

Thats only "Noob-Hacking", sorry guys, but nobody thaugh about it that those things are possible... :)

Well there is no need to teach ppl about it, since this is just a logical consequence of using a server (well it's a server, right? It's supposed to make things available).

But there are so many ppl, who aren't even able to set things up on their own box properly, and they still think they have to put it on a root....
