Help with 9Dragons Error message PLS

Hi guys,

i went to the map named Hefei and the problem is when i load up the map STRAIGHT away not even 5 seconds to do the unstuck code that acclaim says to do i get disconnected and booted to the log-in screen

any ideas on how to fix this

first off...is there an actual error message? or it just boots you off? Best thing i can think of to do for that if it isn't fixable by you is to email technical support at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] with your account name and a description of the problem.

NVM i got it fixed

That's happened to me b4 tho, I don't remember how I fixed lol.....was long time ago

Hey can u tell me how to fix this problem. I go from bandit territory to the shi dian or sum place the exit is below bandit hq anyway when it is loading map half way through it will say can't load splat affect as well as map (name of map here). How do i fix?
