skill points and hh points verification question

ok i don't think i have this info in my guide so I want verification on these.


lvl 1-49 +1 skill point

lvl 50-70 + 2 skill points

lvl 71-120 +1 skill point

lvl 85-120 +1 HH skill point ? I cant remember all this stuff think my memory is going in my old age.

1-49 +1 skillpoint
50-70 +2 sp
71-120 +1 sp

thnx but the HH is really important I need that info to finish my skill builder.

also would you guys like the option to seeing how your passives increase at each lvl up on the skill builder or at specific levels ? as well as getting mounts ?

u need lvl 101 for first new aoe/debuffs (chaos,fear,...)

can anyone explain the math of the skill point system cause I am trying to explain it to someone else and they are getting all confused , why I dont know

so lvl cap is 120 and max possible skill points is 140 ?

he is trying to find some weird mathematical formula for it and i am tired of trying to explain it my way so maybe someone else view will help.

I think it's like this :

lv 1-49 : +1 skill point // +0 HH points
lv 50-70 : +2 skill points // +0 HH points
lv 71-89 : +1 skill point // +0 HH points
lv 90-99 : +1 skill points // +1 HH point
lv 100-109 : +1 skill points // +2 HH points
lv 110-120 : +1 skill points // +1 HH points

we need to be 100% sure :p

bill, ask someone on EU3 who is like lvl 120 or something and isnt an asshole, i know its hard to find

ok if this is correct, tell me one thing, how can you learn heroic skill at lv 100 which required 20 heroic points:confused::rtfm:
by your information total heroic skills at lv 100 are only 12. but that's not correct at lv 100, we get 21 total heroic skill points

ok so at lvl 120 how many skill points and HH points would you have total 120=140 skill points 120 = 70 HH points ?

this has nothing to do with a build this person is trying to help me do my skill builder and wants all the details for some reason , i am guessing to dbl check my work.

i still need the total amount collected at lvl 120 of both skill points and HH points and 100% verification of whats correct this info relies on a skill builder being built correctly.
