DONT FREAKING OPEN A SERVER WITH MORE THEN 1000 SLOTS IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE SERVER FILES!!!111!1

i got all of them blue also with smc and billing server working, but i also can't seem to certify machine manager.
