Try increasing 1500 a little and this will give you 30*Quote:
Run the below in your navicat console
update cq_grade set rarity= 1500 where id= 1071980;
update cq_grade set rarity= 1500 where id= 1071981;
update cq_grade set rarity= 1500 where id= 1071982;
update cq_grade set rarity= 1500 where id= 1079980;
update cq_grade set rarity= 1500 where id= 1079981;
update cq_grade set rarity= 1500 where id= 1079982;
this will make 12* xo's evolve at 22*
and make 19* xo's evolve at 29*

ok, you must restart the server after you use this!!! And no, I dont know how much to change!!!! But 1 thing! Maybe you have 29*,the mark of a 29* must be 2900 but those are 1477,,, IDEA: DONT CHANGE WHIT 1500, CHANGE WHIT 3000 or 3100

y not just use the above posted navicat query, and lower the required minor starmarks for pets, to do this follow the following
1. go to cq_eudemon_rbn_rq table and scroll all the way down to the last entry.
2.it should look like this
where it says 3000 for sacrifice_starlev just change that to 2900 which will make the max minor no higher than 29*
