can someone make a private cabal online server to work offline ... without internet connection... i wana use it on my laptop to play quite single player if you understand me .....

I can only tell you that I don't know how to do this ;P I have server files etc with chinese instrucition ,,how to'' but I don't understand anything ;D

I think he want to host a own Server on his notebook for playing offline - so he need the files etc :D .
