You need to edit it (S4Launcher.exe, not the DLL) with the hexeditor and change a certain string inside of it, though I'm not sure how to do that specifically. Some guy on this forum was talking about looking for hex 192 and then searching for "eu de" and changing it into "eu en", but that didn't work for me.
