[ask]about buying chars in pwi

If buying a character from someone in PWI, assuming the seller is legit and transaction is done, can we change all data in this account such as email, security question, etcetera so the only one who can access this account is only me as the buyer ? or the previous owner can still somehow reclaim this account is his or hers if he or she is not an honest person later on ?

can someone estimate how much is a 103 or 104 Demon Assassin with 4 aps unsparked using Nirvana Dagger g13 +12 , all armors +10, all 4 sockets with priemeval/savant stone.

You cannot change email or username. Only password.

Theres a security question. Also unchangable.

so the account will not fully be ours unless the seller also gives the email used for registration ? should use an email registered specifically for PWI account then for play-now and sell-later-when-bored, not using our main email.
