You can't start it the files havn't been released yet. Only the account database and a log database. The files from sl.rar or lucianobar are NOT compatible with this database or vsro at all. I suggest you to not try it at all. From that tiny little screen it looks like you're starting the gateway server and it doesn't work that way. You need too start some others first.

Anyway just don't try it since it won't work.
