DDOS Attackers ( Read This )

It's pretty fucking obvious that you ddos esro because you need to populate your server. My question is why the fuck do you ddos when people know it's the competition that is attacking ? You think we will just leave and join your server... lol!

If you want more people to join your server spend less time running a ddos attack & more time making your server worth playing on.

Seems your a bit fke'd up.. then go play isro and dont cry anymore here!

I have been here since 07, I hardly make threads.
The only reason I posted this is because it's mind numbing to even try to comprehend why the attackers are attempting to populate there servers this way.
I figure if I point out the con, And give them a possible pro, MAYBE they might take the advice.

I won't play on other pServers (DWO, BSRO) because of this. Even though the ESRO admin charges a lot for silk, I'd much rather play there. Stable server, and it's not corrupt (you don't see friends of the admin running around in full SOX, he doesn't sell items). Plus, if I have an issue, the admin is quick to respond.

If you want me (or others) to play on your server, attract us with good customer service, server stability, events, etc. Make a double XP event (1 day) or something. Do a hide & seek event where players have to find the GM (iSRO did this once, and ecSRO did it a few times).

The point is, make the server fun and people will join. If you try to take away something they already have (ESRO) it's just gonna piss people off and nobody will want to play on your server.

If you prove to me that you can be a good admin, and run a solid, fun server... I'll gladly quit ESRO and play on a new server.

you idiots should first see how difficult/expensive it is to ddoss someone.
