Help please

Hello everyone.
I can talk only english so please the answers be in eglish too :)
My question and my pray is.
A friend of mine has created a private server and someone can use a bug.When he uses that bug server starts to kick and needs reboot.. does anyone know how to fix that or find who did it or find what bug is it to fix it?

I dont think that anybody can help you because you didnt describe what the bug is like.

well my friend told me that this is hack using and server is gettin kicking players and rebooting anything to suggest?

he told me he is using files of 2010 for the server but every 2 hours server is down by it self(or i don't know why) :/ any help?

Well guys my friend has made the server with dyndns and the register(only) is with hamachi and as i said he is using 2010 files and every 2 hours the server is down by it self :/ any help please we need it .
