Dude, just use logic, for 20$ u can buy boost and buy even more. Cuz now the most expensive web deal in NFS world cost's like 6k of boost. Then 8k of boost cost 14 pounds.. it's around 21-22 $ i think. so u can pay 2 more $ and get 2k additional boost which u can spent in game for upgrading your car.
