About Mining

is it possible to mine even we don't win the war or we won the war but i don't complete the hms quest?

you need to win the war and have HMS before the war ends

If ur race won the war and u not take a hms, u will not right to mine at core.

is there nothing i can do? even i have the packets for mining?

nothing!

why dont we record the packet of having the hms on chip war

and when you lose... try sending it to fool the server that you have a hms.... just a thought
