How to Trace Port

Any idea how to trace Port on RF.exe Launcher? Thanks

by using WPE u can trace a port u want.

login rf

start>run>type cmd>type netstat -a

192.168.1.161:27780 The number after the colon is the port number.

RF.Exe launcher or RF.Exe Client? Netstat will give you the I.P. addresses with the port of your current connections.

you can try logging the packets sent to the server when you login to rf using WPE. :)

i have AVG-anti-spyware, which have nice feature which show which program is using which ports etc

I already did the netstat -a -b command.. but no luck

Have you tried opening the server config file? It might be there.

Get net monitor (I use v3.1) from Microsoft. That's a good starting point. net stat won't always give ALL the active connections you have.

LOL, works for me... Also check out wireshark after you get used to all those packets from Net Monitor, it's a bit more hefty than netmon.
