Make sure acc config.ini is changed as needed, make sure shell.dat is changed and that you press "PROShell" , if need any more help message me :P

Yes, Use the ProShell.exe, I believe its located in the GameServer folder, Use that to edit some of the stuff, I know that some guides Don't have this listed. I will try to make a guide sooner or later to setup a EO server along with a Register Page. I do not know when I will be doing this tho.

from the picture its shows only ACC SERVER got problem .cause it says connection failed .and other(npc and msg) are working fine .so there must be something wrong in acc configuration .so i prefer using ip 127.0.0.1 before u use hamachi ip .or maybe u can shorted your server name .
