How to change password in D9?

Hello All.
All my items was fuked because i wanted to share my acc with a scammer
and now i have a GL 7 character with no items ...
can any body help me to change password because that scammer now he knows the password and can do anything with my acc ...

Make new acc & char. easiest way..

simple if u have a lot of money if u don't have items or money it is not simple X_X
