Sorry Guys, I forgot to write this, After you edit your weapon, Do this: Remember the values 80 3F in Launcher Guide? Add them in BYTE using CE, you'll see the value 128, change it to 166 EX: 128 to 166 then Freeze.. just ignore the value 63, i just told you to add them both because im not sure which is 128,. i don't have time to check, Busy At Work =)
Well, Try this one.., Not too much, but i think it will help you Somehow =)
1) Open CE
2) Search for your weapon's name
3) Edit your weapon's Speed, its like for launcher guide which starts with
A8 08
= Machine Guns --->> change E0 04 to 00 00
= Bows ----->> 13 05 to 00 00
4) Buff yourself with Ranger skills.. Reload Speed [GM] required
or Use Elemental [level up 1 skill] to GM Reload speed skill buff
5) use Speed hack [Optional] because i tested this with speed hack
6) Ranger set Armor Required
you'll notice that the fast animation and and the damage are coordinated, each time you fire, the target get hit,.. not Just a Fast animation that fire and you really dont hit the target. its like hit miss hit miss.... with this guide, you'll do a hit + hit + hit + miss.
by using GM reload speed, and editing the Weapon Speed! and it works for me, also calculated the time on killing calliana, boom! time is reduced to half, works best in PVP!
