i was wondering what is the biggest difference to powerlvl a lower char?
like i got a lvl 67, and want to powerlvl a lvl 29, so i heard that 15 was the most so 29+15=44, so the highest lvl i can kill is lvl 44? so my lower char get exp

11 levels higher of the low lvl char is the best... i thought

The best powerlvl is when the average lvl of the party the same is as the lvl of the monster. Or the mob is 11 lvls higher then the average lvl.. I kinda forgot it...

Just try it out

yeah strukel is right.
But the noob should always have something between 10 and 15 lvls difference to the mobs.
Thats why powerlvln 4 noobs or 5 noobs at ongs is better, it lowers the average lvl of the Party^^

yeah I agree, from personal experience I know it's best to have the average lvl of your party to be lower then the mob you're killing (, so everyone will receive more exp)

And a player from your party will receive the most exp when the lvl of the player is about 11 -13 lvl's below the mob you're killing. I usually kept the diffrence at 11 lvl's.

All I know is that I used my lvl 80 to plvl/pfarm my lvl 40 nub on a 9 gap at the Karras (lvl 65/67 i think) all the way to lvl 60 with no problems. Took me about a month to do it but I never had a ticket and it was also b4 AgBot had a loop feature.
