Why I write it ?
Because I want make site for my server, but i`m not Webmaster. I'm Graphic =)
And this CMS are very cool =)

Here nobody coded for free or Game Master.
Can I make my cms on this scripts ?

yeah sure , if the design is really nice i would code the site when i can use the design as well
