hey guys i have a question is cabal eu still down? im trying to update it and i cant, i dunno is it windows vista causing problems or is it still down?

not really!!! Ive managed to connect!! :))
1. You must have cabal ver. at least 379
2. Manually download update_382.dat and 383
3. unpack them with winrar and replace in cabal folder
4. create a shortcut to cabalmain
5. click properties on the shortcut and in file path after last " sign hit spacebar and write husky this avoids update.exe
6. have fun ^^
