Depends on what server and which version you're on.
In Venus server in the NA version, you can sell lamps for 350-400k each to players instead of the 250k to NPC.
Never open them, as even if you get a map part/RS ticket, it only covers the cost of the lamp itself, giving you no profit. The chances of getting an honor plate or EoX+6 is extremely low.

sell to npc or to player, never open. I opened 50 and best i got was an EoD map lmao.
