Okay, first of all, you don't use .bat for European client.

Start off and install the Dekaron European Client. Then install the LATEST patch for the Private Server.

Next, do not update Dekaron Euro AT ALL. Patch the folder and then go into the folder.

YOU DO NOT USE .BAT FOR THE EUROPEAN CLIENT.

Double Click on MiniLauncher. It will not patch, it will open and the game has started.

*A launch error might pop up when opening minilauncher. Just hit OK on it and try again. It might take a few tries but eventually itll work*

You can install the first patch, which will update itself.

Though for this you DO have to run the .bat
