- Why do you want to be moderator?
~> As I always do,I want to help new comers in things like how to manage and fix their PC if they have troubles with it..

- How much experience do you have with the issue from the forum you apply for a moderator job?
~> well,its just like an I.T. job(mostly 80% of it are computer related,other 20% were logical) and i've been an I.T. tachnician for 2yrs now and a database manager for 6 months a programmer for 4yrs(programming legitimate software not hacks) and a retired hacker 8yrs ago(Hacking experience 1yr) but in this forum,i have only 2months helping newbies and some player on how to tweak their PCs and yet ive helped them a lot..
i have played Cabal for 2months and i have understand the gameplay through reading forums in cabalonline.com, ogplanet.com and some private forums of guilds in cabal..

- Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
~> Yes,Ive spend most of my time reading on this forum and help others with their concerns..i stayed in this forum in an average of 8hrs a day, 6days a week..

- Do you took part there before you sent your application?- Can you act good in general with other human beings?
~> Yes,and i have post some useful threads on "how to...",i am used to insults and flames and i just laugh at them..but sometimes,trolls makes me really mad and all i can do is to flame back at them..

- Do you have a lot of patience with questions which you think that they are very stupid?
~> Yes,that's why i created My help desk w/ the permision of St!gmata to stick it..and im willing to teach them to the end of my patience..

- Did you ever operated as a moderator before?
~> Yes,there are 2 to be exact,1. IRC Asst. Chat moderator(2001) & 2. YM Chat moderator (2005)

in my opinion you are too new too this forum you just 2months ago joined elite

Thank you for your time in reviewing my application but being new to this forums doesn't mean i'm not qualified as a moderator..

Im not flaming on you or something,i just want to express my point..
being new to the industry doesn't mean an applicant to be "not" qualified..well IMO,there are categories to be consider for an applicant to be qualified..

1: is Experience in work..well we all know that an experienced individual have a high point in being qualified because there will be less trainings and tutorials on how to do the job..

2: is Skills..this is the main category w/c employers need to consider an application..a skilled person will do his job quickly and accurately..

3. is the 1 you said,Length of time stayed in current industry..well this is also a plus to an applicant if he/she was stayed for a long period of time in a certain job..but,he/she is no match for an applicant who has resources and reads a lot and is willing to do whatever it takes to have the job..

4. is Personality..of course,everyone needs a nice person to his/her co-employee, customer, boss, etc. a good working attitude + a nice personality = a very good employee..

one thing,in a span of 2months,i have accumulated 100 thanks in 27 useful post and i have posted 5-10 very useful post/threads w/c everyone were satisfied and i know ive helped them to their problems..

well sorry to tell you this stuffs but i find it unfair not to be qualified for me being new to this forum although i know one of the requirements is have registered on or before Oct 2007..but that is only one requirement i know that i failed..so please review my application very carefully..thank you and godbless you all!?

I really like his contributions and he is helpful.
Okay, his activity and his post counter is low but I think he would be a good mod.

I agree, mods need experience around the forum, and I am not saying that you won't be a good mod, no one really would know if you actually can handle it.
