No - cooldown

Hello every1 doing my head in at the mo!

I look around and see botters! / speedhaking on (Requiem: Bloodymare) Yet i have not seen any No-cooldown for the Class Templer?

Is there a No-cooldown? Or will there be one made?

You first need to bypass the engine, before thinking about No Cooldowns. :)

I've tried getting past hackshield...anyone want to clue me in on what Im doing wrong?
