Gone for a year, Updates?

Havent played since last august, anyone have updates on how the game changed? I.e What are heroic tickets and HH ? Armours changed? Best classes ? have skills changed? etc. etc.

nothing good ? how about the servers, are theyactive ?

some servers are active but rly , they added so much that u cant pwn without paying very much (OR HAVING LIKE LOOOOOAADS of patience and time , and with loads i rly mean much xd)

guess im not coming back lol
