Getting banned

So fortunately ive never had a ship caught for botting, but my noob ship was doing doing some stupid stuff last night alien botting when it shouldnt have been, and i had a question...

When you get banned, is it only on the banwave?
Do they all dump bans on the botters at once? Or is it, youre caught, youre banned instantly, with the new automatic system.

1. Captcha
2. Ban fore some days
3. Perm. Ban

And you can get Captcha and/or ban not only at banwaves.. banwaves more then 100, no banwaves less then 100 (just an example).

kbot users mostly get captcha(if very unlucky) during banwave..if older than 4 weeks..
other like udobot get banned in few hours ~days if acc more than 4 week then they get captcha
