The IP is 46.4.9.89, a simple trace shows the exact location of the IP, its Hetzner.
Their website is at intergenia AG which isnt that much strict as Hetzner is but if they get contacted by Joymax it'll get shut down.

Why the files that they own are not from joymax ^^ they are from vsro right ?

Are you dumb or playing dumb? vSRO hasn't developed the files, they bought it for a couple of millions from Joymax, and they buy updates. Thats how it goes for region-specific mmorpg servers.
Joymax can still sue it ,they should either close down the server or get a Russian machine.

Well, i've got 2 places to go : Russia, Sweden

Since i'm russian, i would preffer it. I'm not really sure about sweden, but some people offered, so, i've through about it too.

Listen, first off don't take anything I told you personal, I will anyway play the server its just the facts that I gave.
1. Go Russia because it has good tier links to both US/Asia/EU
2. Sweden is definetly a no go because it is in Europe, it is in the European Union and it has to stick to the same rules when it comes to internet, the actual fact that Sweden is in the Union speaks for itself that it has tougher laws.
3. Use hostkey, they're cheap.
And also one more thing, haven't whoised the domain. If it has your private details such as first/lastname/address remove it.
